Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the uninstalled parts in their original branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the components, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
